    Major Spoilers - Thomas J. Angelo Dec 23, 2012

Evil Ernie has become a book I can't wait to read after only three months in print. This is a hyper-violent, horrific tale and as such may not be the right book for everyone. But for mature readers who enjoy a little fright now and then, and aren't squeamish about entrails, there's a lot of fun to be had in this book. Read Full Review

So, three issues in and the new Origin Of Evil is moving along smoothly" but that's probably because of all the blood it's sliding on. Once again my hat goes off to Jesse Snider for his fresh approach to a classic character that perfectly blends the past with an all new future. I also have to thank Dynamite Entertainment for not only bringing back one of my all time favorite characters but for also allowing Snider the freedom he needs to do it right. This isn't Spider-Man or a "Rated T+" comic, this is EVIL ERNIE and he doesn't play nice! Read Full Review

Verdict:Jesse Snider and Jason Craig now have three solid issues under their belts and I can see a bright future for this book. The story telling is great and the artwork is solid. I highly recommend this for any Evil Ernie fans out there or maybe those gore fans out there looking for a great story and some bloodshed. Read Full Review

    Entertainment Fuse - Nicole D'Andria Jan 6, 2013

Like the rest of the series, this is a solid issue with the same ups and downs of the previous issues. The series will become stale if it keeps following this tight pattern, especially if Jason Craig keeps up his chaotic art scheme. But Im still looking forward to seeing more of Ernie and (thanks to this issue) Smileys powers and have hope that the story will move forward... if the ending of this issue is handled right in the next one.
