The best thing to come out of this so far is that no one is playing the victim. Not one of them is letting their ideology get in the way of what they have built, The pacing continues to be the most consistent element of this book and it has done it's part in putting every character that matters where they need to be just for this very moment. This is the mutant war to end all mutant wars as Jean said and this is one story you should be following if you are a fan of the Ultimate Universe. Read Full Review

ULTIMATE COMICS X-MEN delivers another great read. It's fantastic to watch these stories build on top of each other and play off each other, rather than one story just ending and another starting. Writer Brian Wood does a great job with this series and this issue, and he delivers an engrossing read which is hard to put down. While we've seen Jean Grey be a bit villainous in previous issues, the reader is treated to the lengths she's willing to go to get her way. All of this, plus a big reveal at the end, which may change this book completely, make this one great read. Read Full Review

It sucks that Ultimate Comics X-Men started out as my favorite book in the Ultimate U when it was reboot, and now it's by far my least. It seems that all the books have done a 180, and that's not really a good thing. Read Full Review

I don't understand the motivation of James... And Jean as well... Nah, she's just a psycho, this I can bare with. But What's wrong with Jimmy is far beyond my comprehension.
